As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side. It would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels. Its very likely Fidelity doesn't have and Android 12 compatible version.

Fidelity tech support tells me they expect an update to support android 12 on Oct 4.
