My volume goes to zero and I can't hear text or calls and I've got to turn it back up and it sits there for a while I don't know if it goes to zero whenever I charge it ,it goes dead ,or when I restart it but I will update once I do please let me know if anybody else has this problem. I too am assuming that it has something to do with the side button.
