Watch 5 pro stopped connecting and how do I get the back on the beta program test on the new watch?

I was on the beta testing program with my original watch 5 pro. However that watch missed up and stopped connecting to phones. I have a new watch how do I get the back on the beta program test

I was told to return it for malfunction I just bought it 8 mos ago

Those apps are for wearable, need those for the beta, regardless of what phone, the beta was still on the watch and those 2 needed to be installed before the watch would connect to the wearable app

The watch didn't even say welcome nothing no blue bubbles nothing
