How do I use the new weather widget? I can't seem to find the new one or am I just dumb?

Long press on Home, select Widgets

Those should be it. Once you place them on your phone you'll be able to see the animations.

My weather app doesn't seem to be very accurate. It's pouring rain out with wind speeds up to 50 mph right now and it's about 46° and my weather app is telling me it's 72 and sunny.
