I second this. Samsung Pay starts throwing a hissy fit if you're not on what you designate as your home screen. Disabling quick access, clearing cache partition, and resetting the app does not remedy this. And this just happened out of nowhere.
There must have been a background ANR or similar exception in Samsung Pay which prompts you to send us error report. You can either click on the screen shown or you can cancel and come back to members app and generate an error report for us.
