[Please help ll]

Is anyone having problems with their Google contacts app syncing from cell to web based one?
It is still syncing from web based to app but not if i save a contact on my cell to the web based

Nope, not yet ... beta3 supposed to be out today /tomorrow.

I've been clicking update software like crazy for a while and no new update

You'll get a Notification ... no need to tap on Software update constantly

Yea, Google syncs both ways for me.

Did you enable sync on the phone side, within Google account? Needs to be done both sides
