cannot post in samsung members app

i am having to use the web portal through a desktop .  i cannot post in the app any more

Try clearing the system cache. Restart your phone..hold the volume up and power button until the Samsung logo appears.. release..use the volume button to navigate to the clear cache option..hit the power button to activate.. select the restart option.

Edit - you have the latest version installed right?

I am on the latest version. going into recovery and wiping cash worked
