From mid to late November - mid December but DEFINITELY by the end of the year per Samsung.

Cuz Sammy Mods have informed us in several of these discussions. I'd do a search of this Beta and read up on the subject.

Next update would be to the official software. Release date varies based on the carrier any where from mid November to late December
