screen tear/pixelation when unlocking

when unlocking the phone and the home screen displays during this animation there is a bit of a flicker, like artifacts or pixelation.

my settings

adaptive brightness is enabled

motion smoothness is adaptive

eye Comfort shield adaptive

screen mode vivid

in developer options im .5 on all the animation scales
