Is anyone else having issues with their z Flip 6 glitching, you'll be on an app and it'll wanna go back or open up the other apps and tabs that are open in the background. When I'm on YouTube TikTok or Spotify. It'll wanna go back or do something like I'm pressing the screen but I'm not touching the screen and the screen is not touching anything.

Fold & Flip PhonesHey there! I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your device is opening up things on it's own. We can try the following troubleshooting to see if it may help.
Clean the Screen: Dust, smudges, or even moisture on the screen can cause phantom touches.
Check for Screen Damage: Look for any physical damage to the screen, as this can also lead to touch issues.
Restart Your Device: A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches.
Update Software: Ensure your phone's software is up-to-date, as updates can include bug fixes.
2. App-Specific Issues:
Check for App Updates: Outdated apps can sometimes cause unexpected behavior.
Clear App Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps, select the problematic app, and clear its cache and data.
Uninstall and Reinstall: If the problem persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
If you've tried all of these troubleshooting steps and you're still having the same trouble I would next suggest having a certified technician take a look at it!
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
