Q900 won’t turn on

Hi. We purchased the samsung TV model QN75Q900TSFXZA less than 3 years ago. We started having issues recently with blue vertical  lines  almost in the center of the screen. Today all of sudden the tv turned off and it won’t turn on. Very disappointed especially this is our second Samsung tv with major issues. Any advice would be appreciated!  Thank you

Is it still under warranty? Unfortunately, if it's out of warranty the cost to repair or replace it will be up to you.
