Apps not updating

I'm having an issue where no apps will download from the Play store or Galaxy store. Anyone else having this problem?

I have found clearing cache and downloads made mine work.

I tried clearing device cache, app cache, and app data, but still having the issue. Have also tried it on wifi and mobile network

Do you have any VPN or proxy on the device ? What error message are you shown ?

No VPN/proxy. The error message says
"Can't install application. Try again, and if it still doesn't work, see common ways to fix the problem."
I've also gone through the ways they suggested to fix the problem

I also am having the same problem but it's not all apps it seems to happen to a select few, oddly enough it's also happening to Google's own apps
