My last beta was IOS 16 on an iPhone XR and it caused my battery Health to drop like crazy, will this beta do the same or am I good?

Do a clear system cache and repair apps on each beta update.
Check battery settings to see if any app is missbehaving and causing battery drain.
Not all apps are compatible with betas or Android 14
