Battery drain

Hi has anyone noticed battery drain faster than usual. Mines been charged to 95% and @7am am off then about 1pm it's at 38% . Just regular check msg 30 mins youtube and little games. I notice it drains faster.

Yes it's normal for beta. As thing improve with change and improve. But don't expect much in battery adjustments until right before the final release. This is important because opt the battery is easier to handle when everything else is ready and finished being polished. Battery issues are easy to improve and correct. You probably seen that in recent years. Unless your apple. Lol then you just have to stick with it until they decide it's important enough.

I also use an iPhone 16 pro max. I just had this issue with an update with them. It's regular news even for them to wait until the next update.

Did you clear the cache partition

Have not. I will and see how it goes.

Battery life was still draining. Beta 2 is out so I'll see if improves.

My battery seems to drain quicker after beta but not as much as yours. Maybe the phone needs a couple days to learn your usage pattern to optimize the battery?

Yes I have beta of course we all do since we are here. Shacking my head. I've participated in every beta release 7 years running. This is common and is expected for betas. No need to adjust parameters in efficiency when things are not completed and adjusted first. This is logic. So you want a team to focus on battery which is the easiest every single time an adjustment is made to the UI even before the finished product. Come on that doesn't make since. The battery going to functions all wild. It is expect but it won't be corrected until a finish UI product is finely toned and polished. Their taking their time and it's showing. Give it time for the final release.
