Sometime in the past I ended up with two Samsung accounts. Somehow when I was installing the beta I was logged into my Gmail linked account, however it is my other account that contains all my information. As a result, when my "real" account is signed into, the beta community features of the Samsung Members app are not available. It's there a way to switch which Samsung account is linked to the beta program?
Beta Registration is currently open, so you can deregister from old account and register on new account. If you have any issues, DM us with old and new samsung account. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
