Can't access Watch 4 beta apps

I registered to participate in the Watch 4 beta. I have a watch update available now, but I haven't installed it yet. First, I want to update the Watch 4 plugin and Samsung Health. However, when I follow the links to the apps in the beta notice I get an error stating that I do not have access, or the beta has expired.

Are the beta plugin and Samsung Health still available?

Is there any way to access the beta apps? I have the beta trying to install on my watch, but I assume I will have problems if I install it without the beta plugin on my phone!

Frustrating that I was never able to resolve this. Now my watch is stuck on the final beta build. I really wish I had never signed up for the beta!
