Not having a function fingerprint scanner in this build 3 is so inconvenient. So much of my activity requires passwords so this is just a terrible development given there was no issue in the previous builds. Please push a fix or provide a timeline. Thanks.
Did you report it to beta feedback? I've had a working scanner even with tempered glass. If you haven't already, try adding the same finger so that it'll recognize better.

Similar issue as well, I have found the scanner works after a manual restart but after a few minutes, roughly about 5, scanner stops working and system crashes resulting in a restart. Error report has been submitted. Also clearing system cache has no effect.
