I have just noticed I will be scrolling apps like YouTube and web browser on one ui 6 beta s22 plus, and the apps just freeze and I have to go to the apps open page and go back to unfreeze it.

Have you tried wiping the cache partition of your device using recovery mode and then rebooting?
