I did. I ended up replacing that version of the Watch5 Manager with the one before. Did not downgrade Samsung Health. After several more failed attempts, the watch and the phone finally connected.
This keeps happening to me too even though I download the two beta apps and I have no idea to stop it I thought t was just me but nope! The best thing to do is to open the app and close it out and keep doing it every time your phone turns off.
