Anyone know how to resolve the watch 4/5 manager crashing everytime the phone wants to send a notification or data to the watch?

I've already tried to uninstall the manager and wear app and setup again. It worked for one day before it began crashing again.

Still crashing after beta 4 install. I've cleared cache partition.

according to the beta moderator, this is a known issue and the devs are working on a fix

I read that too. A bit unusual it's taking this long to resolve.

Strange that mine is working fine. Possibly because I'm still using an old Galaxy 2 watch?

Seems only Wear OS watches are affected.

in a different post, a comment stated that it's only happening to those running on eSim and in the beta

I had this same issue with my watch 4. I uninstalled and reinstalled watch manager app and reset my watch to no avail. Finally, I went into the phone Bluetooth settings and unpaired my watch then went thru the setup again and that fixed everything from the pairing issue, manager app crashing, and battery drain. All back to normal now.
