Having trouble using Google Pay, saying my device is not secure. Is this normal for beta programs?

Yes, because the beta OS is not Google play certified.

Correct this is one of the reasons why some people aren't Installing the Beta one ui 4.0

During beta program, the software is not yet certified by Google, and therefore Google Pay and other secure services may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.
