Does anybody else's Google discover news feed slowly migrate downwards through the course of the day?  I only started seeing this on the beta 3 update.   Sometimes the top article is all the way off the bottom of the screen.

No, but there was a time when my discover wouldn't load at all for a whole two months, even after factory resetting my phone. It just randomly fixed itself one day.

As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side. It would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels.
