How come other people get to customize their Google Messages, and on my Samsung S26 Ultra, I can't customize my Google Messages?

I don't belive Samsung has the ability to stop this but if you open Google Messages and select a conversation and press the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner will see the change colors option and will be able to slightly change how Google Messages appear per conversation.

I have it but I am both on one UI9 beta and Google messages beta and Google system Beta, you can change wallpaper or use pictures background on chat theme

I have it. It came with a recent app update.

Yeah im in both betas and just had am update for messages but I cam only change the bubble color still.

It's slowly rolling out. It won't come in Google Messages update, it gets turned on server-side.

What do you mean server-side because I got the update but it still doesn't work

Server-side means Google turns it on from their servers , it doesn't come within an update to Google Messages. It will get turned on from a Google Services update. Go to settings, Google Services, all services, System Services, updates for all Google Services will be there. That's how it will get turned on.
