It's set to Samsung voice or Bixby what ever it is I've tried everything humanly possible to get rid of it, doesn't even show up in all apps to disable.
Sadly I have the same issue which is terrible considering the Samsung Voice Typing feature is COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. It doesn't ever capture a single word I say. It immediately shuts off as I try to talk regardless of how many times I try to speak and regardless of status of my connection.
