Cashapp cards? Some googling showed that they can be added to Samsung pay

Whenever I've tried to add it, it doesn't allow me too and says it doesn't work.

During beta program, the software is not yet certified by Google, and therefore Google Pay and other secure services may not work. We apologize for the inconvenience and will post a notice once it becomes certified by Google. You may try again at that time.

I have the same issue, I just changed to the S23 Ultra yesterday (8/21). There's a security code missing that's making the system identify it as a rooted phone
