How to join beta again?

I'm using One UI beta 4 right now on my broken S21 I just got my new S21 and I'm trying to get into the beta but it's not on the Samsung members app anymore and I'm on T-Mobile I was told I could rejoin?

Follow these instructions.

In Samsung Members app on your beta enabled device, click your profile photo. Then select direct message. Write a message including info for the old and new device. Be clear in your explanation. May take a few days, but they'll get to you.
