It's un'clear do we need to leave the Beta Program to receive the update

It's un-clear to me that if I need to leave the program to receive the update or would I just be able to update while having the Beta Program, this is my first time participating in Beta program so I have no prior knowledge.

No you don't need to leave. you will receive the update and will removed from beta program.
