If possible, please try swapping SIM card in to a different device and see if you receive any messages. We also recommend reaching out to your carrier to see if there is something they can do from their end.
Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report immediately after experiencing the issue from the Samsung memberās app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.
