New Settings? Support?

Anyone else notice the two new options in settings?

The Tech Support one doesnt really do anything. It just says "installing applications".

Remote support works , you need to install it , then it will give you a number to call so when they are ready to contact they give you s number to enter so they can see your phone

Strange. I have clicked on it a couple times and each time, it says "installing application". Then nothing happens.

Once you click install, click it again and it should say update or open

Lol, I have done that manically like 10 times.

Tried again after a restart. I just keep getting the same pop-up each time.

It should auto install an application called smart tutor which would let Samsung support access the device on your request. Please erase the device cache using steps below. If issue persists, Please update Samsung members app to latest version from galaxy store and send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Side key.
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
6. Press Side key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Side key to select.
8. When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Side key to restart the device.

That might be carrier-specific ... is you phone tied to a carrier?

My Unlocked phone doesn't have those options.

Mine is T-Mobile, but it's unlocked too

I have the unlocked S21 Ultra, and I don't have it either.

Moreso funny... Mine is unlocked as well 😐 those options were not there a couple days ago, I do know that. So maybe they will end up showing up for you... Dunno. It is weird.
