As far as I can tell it's only available in South Korea and India at this moment

Yea none of us can get it yet. They haven't pushed it to the US. You'll get a notice in this app when it drops.

Yep! Like the others said. Hopefully by the end of the week.. It's supposed to have the December Security patch in it.
