No beta available in California this morning

We haven't gotten any beta 2 notices here in California as of 5:30 am. No notices at software update window when I clicked on download and install. Where is it?

Update: Got beta 2 Wednesday 9:33am LA, California on my S21+ unlocked on T-mobile.

Samsung announced, in this section, that the next beta update was delayed and will be released next week.

This is next week and Samsung posted its release today in the notices section.

Got in NY, installed the 2nd beta

You need to go to Settings and Software Update. You have to do it manually.
