No beta available in California this morning

We haven't gotten any beta 2 notices here in California as of 5:30 am. No notices at software update window when I clicked on download and install. Where is it?

Update: Got beta 2 Wednesday 9:33am LA, California on my S21+ unlocked on T-mobile.

I'm in California on a factory unlocked SM-G998U1 on Verizon Wireless. I received the update after 4pm.
