Payment icon on lockscreen?

I've been trying to figure out what's this icon on my lock screen. It looks like a payment button but I can't tap or swipe on it. Any ideas?

Can you turn it off in settings as before it was phone and flashlight there as quick access. Mine didn't have any on the lock screen
