Picture and Picture on S21 Ultra One UI 4?

Before Beta picture and picture in my S21Ultra works sometimes...with the new version,  the official OneUI 4.0 don't work at all. 

The setting is ON...something else I need to do?

Are you observing this issue with any kind of video that you play on YouTube? There are videos that allow PIP even without YouTube Premium subscription.
