Since I installed beta, my play store isn't certified and i'm not able to make in app purchases. Is there a fix for this?

Not odd at all if the user is trying to use Google Pay to pay for the in app purchase. Google Pay is not usable during a beta.

They never mentioned Google pay, therefore making it odd.

It's the only way the purchase would not be certified

You cannot use Google Pay or Play Credit to make purchases. You must use another method, such as a credit card. Google Pay is not usable in Beta. There are warnings in the terms of service of the beta that should have been read prior to downloading and installing this beta (experimental un-certified sofware)

There is no "fix" for this. Other than to use a different payment method. Google Pay has never worked during a beta.

It's because you are using beta software. The device will be uncertified until One UI 6 is out of beta. Google Play certification doesn't have anything to do with making IAPs. You'll need to contact Google Support or your bank if your payment is not going through.
