RCS on Google Messages for Samsung

Hi, 

I got the beta 9 for my S23 Ultra. The RCS works on the phone but for some reasons sending chat from Samsung to Samsung is not end-to-end encrypted.

The other person is using Samsung messages and end to end encryption is only possible with Google messages to Google message s

Google messages will always have better compabilities. My main issue is that I always have connection problems on RCS, having to turn off and on, because sometimes it says that it can't send messages or media, and need to switch back to MMS

RCS is like that and always will be since it is peer to peer.
