I thought there were or were giving updates on how they were going...just that

I discovered something curious, when I deleted all the pages, I just left the home screen, the problem disappears, in case someone wants to try

You don't have to necessarily delete the other pages, just don't scroll to them. I've been using only the home screen and apps drawers in the mean time.

This is a known issue and has been fixed internally. Fix will be included as part of next Samsung Pay update.

In mean time as work around, please change Settings -> Display -> Navigation Bar -> Buttons as work around.
