VoLTE Not working after Android 12 One UI 4.0 Update

I have recently updated my phone to Android 12 One UI 4.0

After the update my phone doesn't connect to VoLTE or VoWIFi on all networks in India.

I tried Airtel, Jio and Vi.

Also earlier when I was using the device I didn't had the option for 2 SIM but now after the update I see Dual SIM card support (eSim and Physical SIM).

So 2.5 months later, any update to this? Do we know if it's all Note10+ 5G that has VoLTE/wifi-calling options disappearing with the android 12/One UI 4.0 update, or anything specific more specific on the problem or who all it effects? Any estimated fix, because my phone has not been able to make calls under normal means for the past month or two.

@usereCS8Q5eCZk which country SIM are you using that is not working? Do you have the US version of the S21 Ultra?
