Nothing... It use to clear the davlik cache and force android to re-optimize apps. But currently it doesn't seem to work... Edit: This did not work in Beta 2, but DOES work in Beta 3.
It clears data partition cache as well as refreshes your app indexing. This could be useful when you've had a system update and are experiencing app issues.
