Advance Battery saving feature

Can we have a Battery saving feature where it will turn off the high performance cores completely to idle and just let the 4 remaining power saving cores handle the task?

A nice idea. The phone hardly slows down even with the CPU limit on power saving mode (apart from Snapchat apparently stuttering terribly).

It would probably make the phone run noticeably slower, so I'm not sure if they'd go with this approach
