Bixby routines feature

We need a Bixby routines feature to enable the battery stops charging at 85%

There is already an option in the settings; I'm not sure if it's a Z Fold exclusive or not but take a look!

We believe @qari2k10 is suggesting to make that option available from with in a Bixby routine so feature can be enabled/disabled based on trigger for ex. time of the day.

Thank you I was hoping to make the trigger based on the battery charging and the battery level is (eg:92) then turn on battery stops charging at 85% then this will stop the battery charging at 92% even if it's still plugged in
