Notifications from apps like Bank of America where you've been signed out for inactivity and notifications which alert you of being offline; need to be moved. Why aren't these moved to the notification center for us to swipe away. Some of these messages appear too quickly and don't tell us which application is sending them. If this is a system notification, then it needs to be labeled as so and put into the notification center. These types of notification have been a nuisance since Android 10.
As issue involves a 3rd party app, fix needs to be performed from the application side. It would be best if you let app developers know of this issue through their support channels.
