There should be a consistent one ui experience, like default messaging app being samsung messages and add rcs to it. Make all the samsung apps replace the Google apps so we get a good one ui experience.

Or from any type of computer, for example a Chromebook. Soon Google Messages will have log-in capabilities, no QR code needed.

Why? If Google or another third party has a better offering then go with it.
Don't see any issues with OneUI standards.
It is impossible for one manufacturer to cover all the bases with apps.
Yeah, Apple has iMessages which I hear is good, but Android is about choices and customization.

It's the other way around for messaging. Samsung messaging has had RCS for a long time. The app itself just sucks. They started adding Google Messenger as a default because their app sucks. They need to drop their own awful messaging app and just add Galaxy support to Google Messenger like they already do.

In the US, Samsung is second to Apple for consumer smartphone choice. The number one reason is iMessage, which young kids get hooked onto with their iPods and iPads, therefore choosing iPhones later on. Google's Messages with RCS (and future improvements) is the only possible disruption to this, hence Samsung has embraced it.

This is the reason why I like Samsung phones, I use a few of the Samsung apps, mostly Google apps because they are better, like messaging. But I love the Samsung calculator, calendar, camera, phone app, gallery and more. Other phones can't give you this experience. The Samsung messages app is the worse! I switched 5 years ago after so many problems.. But I try evry now and then.. And I can't stand using it still. Options! This is why we're here. Don't get me started on wallet 😂 Google wallet is way better.

I have not tried Google Wallet. What do like over SS Wallet?
SS lost their edge when they took away sensors for legacy readers and went NFC only.

Weird question. Samsung wallet can't even hold most of the passes like Google Wallet. Boarding passes can be added right into Google Wallet. Samsung has a couple foreign airlines it supports that you can manually add in the details.
