Multiple participants were able to resolve the issue by updating Samsung Health app from Galaxy store. We recommend you update all Samsung apps from galaxy store. If you are still unable to connect after updating S Health, Please send us an error report from the Samsung member’s app -> Beta Feedback -> Error Reports to help us debug the issue
