Hide camera cutout suggestion

Can we get an option in the hide camera cutout settings to hide the camera cutout in all apps and an option to hide the camera cutout in the settings apps and an option to hide the camera cutout in the home screen and the apps drawer screen for people that don't know the setting is in settings display fullscreen apps camera cutout
