This has been in the notification bar since updating to 2nd beta this morning I have reset my s21 and went from wifi to data and it is still there sorry I am on tmobile

Yep ... Unlocked Ultra from Samsung, using Consumer Cellular with AT&T network SIM card ... don't see this issue
