One UI apps have a general theme for their widgets, but some randomly do not follow this theme. Reminders, weather, Wearable, and health all have black widgets in dark mode, but calendar and email randomly have gray widgets for dark mode. It is very inconsistent. I believe black widgets look nicer than gray widgets. It's also odd because when actually using the apps there's hardly any gray theming present.
