Remove blur when changing split screen app size

When dragging the middle between two split screen apps, there is now a blur that hides the content of of both apps. This makes it hard to fine control the content of both apps to the size you want to see them.

Thank you for your suggestion. We will request our Usability team to look in to making changes to remove Blur for multi window.
