Stutter scrolling needs to be fixed.

Simply put, the screen refresh rate dropping from 120hz to 60hz randomly when scrolling through any app is a BUG. This was not present on Beta 3, and now all of a sudden it is consistently hapoening on Beta 4. Have already wiped my device's cache partition and submitted an error report. Disabling WiFi doesn't help me. This needs to be addressed as a bug in the next release

I've dropped my rate to 60 just to avoid the stutter...helps for the moment

I agree.... Downgrading is the temporary fix... Feels like we are back on Beta 2...

Yep. If you have disay refresh rate turned on in developer mode, you will see your scroll jump from 120 Hz to 60 Hz and then back up to 120 and back down to 60 and so on... Definitely a bug that needs to be fixed.
