Swipe up navigation intermittent

The swipe up navigation gesture is inconsistent. Please troubleshoot.

You state, "inconsistent" ... are you stating that the phone doesn't always respond to the gesture?

Yes, that is what I mean. Sometimes the phone doesn't respond to the gesture. Restarting sometimes temporary fixes.
